After we receive your prescription from your doctor's office, a team member from our pharmacy will contact you to review your prescription and obtain your billing and demographic information. Medications will be custom compounded within 24-48 hours after completion of your welcome call. Orders are sent via expedited UPS 1-2 day shipping or you can pick the medication up at the pharmacy.

During your welcome call, a pharmacist is available to answer questions that you may have about your medication. Written information about your prescription will be provided with your medication.
