5. Prescription Services

5.1. General

Advanced Rx Pharmacy provides prescription services in accordance with the prescriptions received from your healthcare provider. We offer medications based on your prescriptions. You agree to provide accurate and complete information to us and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding prescription medications.

 

5.2. Prescription Verification

In certain circumstances, we may need to verify the authenticity and accuracy of a prescription with your healthcare provider. This is done to ensure patient safety and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel prescriptions that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of any law or regulation.

 

5.3. Medication Counseling

Our pharmacists are available to provide medication counseling to ensure you understand how to properly use your medications. This service includes advice on dosage, potential side effects, interactions with other medications, and general health advice related to your prescription and OTC products. Counseling will be done via phone.

 

6. OTC Products

In addition to prescription medications, we offer a range of over-the-counter (OTC) products. You can purchase OTC products through various sales channels, including over the phone, via our authenticated patient portal, and other designated methods. All purchases of OTC products are subject to these Terms.

 

7. Refill Reminders and Notifications

We may send you notifications and communications related to your prescriptions, including but not limited to, prescription receipt confirmations, status updates, medication instructions, refill reminders, and other important information. By using our Services, you consent to receive these communications via email, phone, or text message. You can opt-out of these notifications at any time by clicking on the Manage Preferences link found in the footer of the communication or by contacting us directly.

 

8. Marketing Communications

By purchasing a prescription or OTC product from Advanced Rx Pharmacy, you provide implied consent to receive marketing communications about our products and services. These communications will include a clear and conspicuous option to unsubscribe. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking on the Manage Preferences link found in the footer of the communication or by contacting us directly.

 

9. User Accounts  and Security

Upon receipt of your prescription, we will create a user profile for you on our patient portal. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during this process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

9.1 Account Deletion

You may request the deletion of your patient portal account at any time. Upon deletion, your account information will be removed from the portal, but your health records and other relevant information will be retained in our pharmacy management system in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

10. Payment and Billing

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and account information for all purchases made through our Services. We accept various payment methods, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for any orders placed through our Services. You are responsible for maintaining and promptly updating your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.

 

We will calculate and collect any applicable sales, use, duty, customs, or other governmental taxes, levies, or fees at the time of purchase, based on the shipping address you provide. You are responsible for paying all charges, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, incurred through your use of our Services.

 

If there is an issue with processing your payment, we may suspend or cancel your order and your access to our Services until the payment issue is resolved. We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities purchased, and we may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

 

In the event of any discrepancies or issues with your payment, please contact our customer service for assistance. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in the termination of your account and access to our Services.

 

11. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your medications and OTC products to the address you provide. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for any issues, including lost or undelivered packages, if the address you provide is incorrect. We use various shipping carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the nature of the product. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as shipping carrier delays or weather conditions.

 

12. Return Policy

Due to safety regulations and the nature of prescription medications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for prescription products. A separate Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning OTC products. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

RETURN POLICY

Returning Nonprescription Items

We do not accept returns for nonprescription items purchased either in-store or online. All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase for assistance.

 

Returning Prescriptions or Issues with Your Prescription Order

If you have questions or concerns about prescription items in your order, call Customer Service at (484) 681-5756. Due to legal restrictions, prescription medications cannot be returned.

 

Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a prescription or nonprescription item arrives damaged or is incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact Customer Service at (484) 681-5756 within 30 days of receipt to report the issue and arrange for a replacement.
